Choosing a treadmill for purchase can be a big decision. Not only are there many features and brands to consider, the price range is so vast. The decision can almost be overwhelming. At least it was for my husband and I. We wanted to get sure that we found something that would work for both of us. We searched and looked at various stores. Tried more than I could remember. After looking at all these models, we went home and did our internet research on the few that we were most fervent in.

After we were done researching, we decided to engage a Sole Fitness F80. Also before we purchased, we had called Sole's customer service line to ask some questions about the warranty. The service was excellent. Since the winter weather makes walking and running for exercise almost impossible during half the year, so we chose this one because it needed to last through excessive expend. The designate was within our budget of $1500. This seemed like a good price for a machine with the features that this one had. It has turned out to be one of the best investments we have ever made. We both use it often.

The features on the F80 are extraordinary. It has an incline from 0 to 12. The rush adjusts from 0 to 12. Both of these features can be easily adjusted, either by the controls on the handlebars or on the display. It has a heart monitor and calorie counter. The display also shows how far and how long you have worked out. The machine has six preprogrammed settings, such as stout burn and calorie burn. There are two user settings where each person can personalize their workout. The display has a dot matrix in the center that shows you approximately how far you have gone.

The treadmill has wheels on the bottom that invent absorbing it easy to do. It folds up and down easily. There is an unlocking lever that is pulled to slowly lower the deck. The maintenance on the machine is easy to perform. There is a built in light that displays when it is time to lubricate the deck.

Now that we have had the treadmill eight months, I would say that it is a great machine. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great, reasonably priced treadmill that is going to last.
